ChristLife is a process, not a program. Training is needed to give your team a vision for what can be accomplished, the knowledge of how to proceed, and the confidence that "we can do this." The goal of training is more than teaching the practical elements of the course. It includes creating an environment where the love of Jesus is shared through team unity.
